Transcription Acceso Translations provide professional transcription services for clients in the medical, commercial, legal, scientific and financial industries, among others. Our transcription services are performed by highly skilled and experienced transcriptionists with expert knowledge of various Windows-based word processing and data management applications. We provide our clients with multilingual transcripts in various formats that can be seamlessly integrated with your internal systems. Getting Estimates How do you price? Pricing is based on a per word count in most cases. The format of the document and The language to be translated into also affects the pricing. Asian and some European languages often have a higher price per word. How do I request an estimate? To request an estimate, simply send us an email with your request and your attached document electronically at [email protected] and we will get back to you within 24 hours or sooner. What is the turnaround time for receiving an estimate? Given no foreseen difficulties in opening your electronic file, we typically have your estimate prepared and in your hands within 24 hours. Can I send you my file electronically? Yes, by attaching your file and send it to us via email at [email protected] How do I get my file to you if it is not in an electronic format? You can email, or mail your document to us for an estimate. Our contact information can be found on our Contact Us page of our website. Will someone contact me about my estimate? Yes, We will be in contact with you within 24 hours of receiving your request. If for some reason we feel we cannot get your quote prepared and in your hands within 24 hours we will contact you and let you know when you can expect to receive it. You will receive a confirmation via email within minutes if you send your file electronically via email. What do I do if I am ready for you to begin translating my file or document? If you’re ready for us to begin, simply send us your confirmation via email. Once we receive your email confirmation or the printed estimate with your signature we will begin to translate your documents. Please note: by sending your email confirmation or signing the estimate you agree to have Acceso Translations provide translation services for you and any expenses that may arise. Are there any other costs that may occur? Costs not included in the original estimate are overnight fees, mailing fees, lay-out & especial formatting services, notarizations and any changes not previously quoted on. Are your translators certified? Yes, our translators and interpreters are Nationally Certified and have a degree in languages. When you need a legal certification, we provide you with a notarized certification of accuracy that certifies the information translated is accurate and translated by a Certified Translator. What qualifications do your translators have? Our translators have many years of providing professional translations in their pair languages and respective fields and are certified by the ATA or hold a Bachelors Degree in Translations. We only work with native speaker professional translators with extensive experience. Is the translator a native speaker? Accuracy depends upon using native speakers as translators. ALL of our translators meet this qualification. What languages do you translate to? Most of the common spoken languages. We have a vast array of translators on hand to handle different languages for you. What steps are taken to ensure that my translation is accurate? We believe that to achieve high-end results on a consistent basis, you MUST have a system in place. That is why we have many phases from beginning to end to ensure that your translation is accurate and exactly how you want it. Your translation will have passed through the hands of our Editors and Project Managers who will Edit and Proofread your project for accuracy. How do you handle revisions or corrections, if necessary? Although we strive for perfection on every translation job, we use human translators. In the unlikely event that an error occurs (not stylistic changes) we will correct the matter at no extra cost in lightning speed time. We believe that a happy client is a loyal client. Do you provide translations as electronic files? Yes, We are equipped with the latest technology to provide you with a completed translation that is ready to go to print. What is the turnaround time? That completely depends on the job. Jobs that are of more popular languages and of fewer words typically can be translated in few days. Large jobs depending on size, may take several weeks to complete. We want to help you make your deadlines. Do you provide interpretation services? Yes, We have on-staff Nationally Certified Interpreters in different languages for your business meetings, conference calls or client visits. Please provide at least 5 days in advance to provide the right interpreter for your meeting. Fees are based on an hourly rate depending on language. What if I want the translation to look exactly like the original? We provide Desktop Publishing, formatting and typesetting. Whether it’s for a product label or website, we will make your translation look exactly how your original is. Some lay-out charges may apply What is localization? Localization in translations or interpretations means knowing and understanding the special nuances that only native speakers know and understand. This colloquial dialect is necessary when translating or interpreting in order to avoid cultural misunderstandings. We can localize any language for you so that your translation is right on target. |
